The Blue Line serves delicious HOMEMADE soups at both locations everyday.
Soup is a quick, hot meal which offers numerous health benefits:
- Most soups offer a tasty way to consume your veggies. Vegetables contain Vitamins A and C.
- Soups with beans and lean meats provide a great source of protein. Beans also contain fiber. tomatoes are a good source of lycopene (an antioxident that may reduce the risk of cancer).
- Because all soups contain water, soup fills you up with fewer calories.
At Blue Line we offer 20 different homemade soups, including Chicken Wild Rice, Jambalaya, Tomato Basil and Creamy Potato Sausage. We rotate different soups through our menu, giving our guests delicious and different options at both our locations. The recipes for these soups come from our Director of Culinary Creations, Steve Vorpahl (or as we sometimes call him .... "the Sultan of Soup").
